  wow, this is realy intersting, something new in extreme close ups. leave me a sensation strange. lovely to be so hard, salt is like non water and non water is no life, but still lovely. lovely shot.

-- A party at your house? With your friends? I'm terribly sorry, but I've got an excuse to go to.   My personal opinion is that this piece does not need any critique; it's a very good image, simple as that. I like the grain that you added to the shot; it is a pleasing counterpoint to the grain of the titular shot. I like the extremity of the shallow depth-of-field; it helps a lot in closeups like this.

nice work.  great image, you should do well with it. i can almost feel my own lips dehydrating with the salt. Would be great to see colour....blood red lipstick, sea salt granules. just a thought.

Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
